3. Technician (Field/Laboratory) – 03 Posts (UR-1, EWS-2)
4. Technical Assistant (Field/Laboratory) – 04 Posts (UR-1, EWS-2, SC-1)

IFGTB MTS Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualifications (as of November 30, 2024):

1. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Required: 10th Class pass from a recognized board or school. Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant trade.
2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Required: 12th Class pass from a recognized board. Typing speed of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on a manual typewriter, or 35 WPM in English/30 WPM in Hindi on a computer.
3. Technician (Field/Laboratory): Required: 10+2 in Science with at least 60% marks from a recognized board.
4. Technical Assistant (Field/Laboratory): Required: Bachelor’s degree in Science, with specialization in fields such as Biotechnology, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, or Zoology from a recognized university.

Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024):

1. MTS and LDC: 18-27 years
2. Technician (Field/Laboratory): 18-30 years
3. Technical Assistant (Field/Laboratory): 21-30 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years; PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years; PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per government regulations

Salary Structure:

1. MTS: Level 1 – ₹18,000
2. LDC: Level 2 – ₹19,900
3. Technician: Level 3 – ₹21,700
4. Technical Assistant: Level 5 – ₹29,200

Selection Process:

1. Written Test
2. Skill Test/Typing Test All tests will be conducted in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

• MTS Posts: ₹250 for Women/ST/SC/Ex-servicemen; ₹500 for UR candidates; Nil for PwBD.
• LDC & Technician Posts: ₹500 for Women/ST/SC/Ex-servicemen; ₹1000 for UR candidates; Nil for PwBD.
• Technical Assistant Posts: ₹750 for Women/ST/SC/Ex-servicemen; ₹1500 for UR candidates; Nil for PwBD.
• Payment is accepted online.
