Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications

1. Junior Technical Assistant (JTA): Qualification: Diploma (3 years)/B.Sc. in the relevant field (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).

• Experience: 1st Class Degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, 2nd Class Degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Technician ‘B’: Qualification: SSC (or equivalent) with ITI certification in the respective trade (Electrical, Electronics, or Machinist).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Age Limit (as of 31st October 2024)

• Junior Technical Assistant (JTA): 25 years
• Technician ‘B’: 25 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD (General/EWS): 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
• PwBD (OBC): 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules

Salary Details

1. Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) Grade – NE7: ₹22,250 – ₹75,000 (3% increment)
2. Technician ‘B’ Grade – NE4: ₹19,000 – ₹60,000 (3% increment)

Selection Process

1. Written Examination: Computer-Based Test (CBT) or Paper-Based Test
2. Trade Test/Practical Examination

• Other Candidates: ₹1,000
