Eligibility Criteria for CSL:

Educational Qualifications:

• Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 65% marks.
• Electrical: Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 65% marks.
• Electronics: Degree in Electronics Engineering with at least 65% marks.
• Naval Architecture: Degree in Naval Architecture with at least 65% marks.
• Civil: Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks.
• Information Technology: Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA with at least 65% marks.
• Human Resource: Master’s or Postgraduate Degree in HR, Personnel Management, or equivalent with at least 65% marks.
• Finance: Qualified in the final examination of ICAI/ICAI (Cost Accountants).

Desirable Qualifications:

For Information Technology, certifications in programming languages, DBMS, networking, or ERP systems are preferred.

Eligible Disciplines:
