Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Management Trainee (General): A degree with a 1st class MBA in Personnel Management, HR, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Management Trainee (Technical): PG degree in Agriculture, Entomology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
- Accountant: B.Com or B.A. in Commerce, or CA/CWA/SAS with 3 years of experience in maintaining accounts.
- Superintendent (General): Post-graduate degree in any stream.
- Junior Technical Assistant (JTA): Graduate in Agriculture or Zoology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
Age Limit (as on January 12, 2025):
- Management Trainee: 28 years
- Accountant, Superintendent: 30 years
- Junior Technical Assistant: 28 years
- Relaxations: Age limit relaxations are applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per government rules.
Salary Details:
- Management Trainee: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3) during training, ₹88,620 consolidated.
- Accountant, Superintendent: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1)
- Junior Technical Assistant (JTA): ₹29,000 – ₹93,000 (S-V)
