Chennai OSC Multi-Purpose Helper Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Eligibility:

1. Centre Administrator – A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling psychology, or development management is required, as well at least four years of experience working in an administrative setting on women-related, pertinent projects or programs for the government or non-government. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates must perform three shifts because OSC is open twenty-four hours a day. The applicant ought to live in the neighborhood.
2. Senior Counselor – Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or Counseling Psychology (M.SC.) degrees. who has at least two years of experience working in an administrative capacity in an area pertaining to women in a government or nongovernmental initiative or program, and ideally who has at least one year of counseling experience, either inside or outside the same organization. Only women are eligible to apply. Chennai should be the native.
3. IT Administrator – A minimum of three years of experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting formats, and video conferencing with government or non-governmental/IT-based organizations at the state or district level is required for those with a B.Tech., B.Sc., or diploma in computers and IT. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates must perform three shifts because OSC is open twenty-four hours a day. The applicant ought to live in the neighborhood.
4. Case worker – A bachelor’s degree in social work or an M.SC. in counseling psychology, along with at least one year of experience working on issues pertaining to violence against women. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. As OSC runs 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The applicant ought to live in the neighborhood.
5. Security Guard – A minimum of a 10th grade education and two years of experience as a security guard are required. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Candidates must work in shifts because OSC operates around the clock. The applicant ought to live in the neighborhood.
6. Multi-purpose Helper – The multipurpose assistant should be at least 10 years old and have previous experience working in housekeeping or shelter homes. Additionally, the candidate should be able to cook. Only female candidates are eligible to apply. How OSC works Candidates must work three shifts around the clock.
