📘 Eligibility Criteria

1. Customer Service Associate (CSA): Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation examination in any of the recognized streams from a recognized university/ Institute to the Satisfaction of the Bank. Proficiency in Computer Skills and knowledge of Hindi & English languages will be preferred
2. Probationary Officers in Grade/Scale-I: Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Examination in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification Recognized as such by the Central Government.
3. Risk Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Full time/ Regular degree of MBA (Finance)/ master’s degree in (Mathematics/ Statistics/ Econometrics) with min. 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute. Preference will be given to candidates having Certification in ‘Risk in Financial Services’ from IIBF/ ‘Integrated Risk Management’ from NIBM/ GARP- FRM-I or II/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) 
4. Chartered Accountant (CA) in Grade/Scale-I: Must be a qualified Charted Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
5. Information Technology (IT) Officer in Grade/Scale-I: 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level A candidate must have minimum 60% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination
6. Law Officer in Grade/Scale-I: A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/Post Graduation examination and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council
7. Credit Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies and Full-time regular MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM with specialization in Finance with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a university /Institution/ recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.  The above-mentioned course/s i.e. MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM must be of full time 2 years. In case of dual specializations, major specialization should be in Finance.
8. Agricultural Field Officer in Grade/Scale-I: 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri. Marketing & Cooperation/ Co- operation & Banking/ Agro- Forestry/Forestry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture A candidate must have minimum 50% of marks in Graduation
9. Personnel/HR Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Graduate and Two Years Full Time Post Graduate degree or Two Years Full Time Post Graduate diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law. * with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination
10. Manager Information Technology (IT) in Grade/Scale II : 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.  Candidate must have minimum 60% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination
11. 12. Manager Chartered Accountant (CA) in Grade/Scale II: Must be a qualified Charted Accountant Preference will be given to candidates having Certification in JAIIB/CAIIB
13. Manager-Law in Grade/Scale II: A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council. Candidates with master’s degree will be given preference. A candidate must have minimum 50% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination, Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. OR Minimum experience of 3 Years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with the Law Firm of good repute before a district or High court out of which 1-year experience of working as Law Officer in Bank or FI’s 
14. Manager- Security Officer in Grade/Scale II: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, Minimum 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air force not below the rank of Captain (In Army and subsequent in other forces. OR Minimum 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Paramilitary not below the rank of Deputy Commandant
