📘 Eligibility Criteria

1. Public Health Specialist – MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD (PSM/Community Medicine) / MD (CHA) / MD (Tropical Medicine) recognized by MCI or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine); OR 2. MBBS recognized by MCI with EIS Training Course Certificate. OR 3. B.Sc. in Life Sciences (Nursing/Biology /Microbiology/Developmental Biology & Physiology)/ BDS/BPT With a) Masters of Public Health (MPH- Epidemiology) / Diploma in Public Health (DPH-Epidemiology) OR b) Master in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) from recognized University of India along with two years of experience in Public Health after acquiring mentioned post graduate qualifications; OR c) PhD in Clinical Sciences/Medical Sc./Preventive Medicine/Human Physiology/ Patho physiology/Epidemiology Experience required: 3 years of field experience after obtaining essential qualification in implementing Public Health Programmes / Interventions with a focus on communicable diseases
2. Medical Officer – MBBS Degree from medical College recognized by Medical Council of India and duly registered in Tamil Nadu Medical Council/National Medical Council.
3. Assistant Public Health Specialist – MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) with MD (PSM/Community Medicine) / MD (CHA) / MD (Tropical Medicine) recognized by MCI or DNB (Social and Preventive Medicine / Community Medicine); OR 2. MBBS recognized by MCI with EIS Training Course Certificate. OR 3. 4. Veterinary Officer – A Post graduate Veterinary degree from a recognized university in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Microbiology or Veterinary preventive medicine or Veterinary Pathology. with • Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States Experience required: 1.5 years post qualification experience in Veterinary Public health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Animal Health. Relevant experience in public health, preferably in disease surveillance and outbreak investigations
5. Microbiologist – Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Microbiology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in |Medical Microbiology /Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Sciences. Experience required: >3 years’ experience of working in clinical microbiology laboratory services/ public health program after obtaining post-graduation degree/PhD
6. Data Manager – Post Graduate Degree in IT or Computer Science (or) PG Diploma in IT or Computer Science (or) BE IT/Electronic. Experience required: Minimum three years’ post qualification experience of IT data management in a Health/Social Sector
7. Psychiatric Social Worker – M.A. Social work (Medical/Psychiatry) or Master of Social Worker (Medical/Psychiatry) from recognized Universities.• Ability to speak, read & Write in Tamil & English 
8. Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist) – A person— (i) having a recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology from an institution approved and recognized, by the Rehabilitation Council of India, constituted under section 3 of the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992; (or) (ii) having a Post – Graduate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology or Medical and Social Psychology obtained after completion of a full time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission established under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 or such recognized qualifications as may be prescribed
9. Occupational Therapist – Bachelors/master’s degree in Occupation Therapy from a recognized University
10. Special Educator for behavioral Therapy – Bachelors/master’s degree in special education in Intellectual Disability from a UGC-Recognized University. The Person should have live RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration with a Valid number. 
11. Staff Nurse – Must have passed Higher Secondary Course with Diploma in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (3 Years Course) / B.Sc., (Nursing) from Government or Government approved private Nursing Colleges which are recognized by the Indian Nursing Council & should be Registered under Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council 
12. Pharmacist – Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Degree in Pharmacy (or) Diploma in Pharmacy (2 Year Course) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education and should be Registered under Tamil Nadu Pharmacist Council
13. Therapeutic Assistant Male (Yoga and Naturopathy) – Diploma in Nursing Therapy certificate issued by the Govt of Tamilnadu
14. Therapeutic Assistant Female (Yoga and Naturopathy) – Diploma in Nursing Therapy certificate issued by the Govt of Tamilnadu
15. Multipurpose worker (Yoga and Naturopathy) – 10th Std 
16. Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) – Higher Secondary Course with 2 years ANM course (ANM Registration with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council) should have studied from a Govt. Recognized institution. Register with TNMC & INC
17. Ophthalmic Assistant – Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant (2 years course) should have undergone the course in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu
18. Data Entry Operator – Must have passed any Degree, with a certificate in Tamil & English typewriting is mandate, Certificate Course in computer on Office Automation
19. Multipurpose Assistant – Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institute Experience required: 1.3 years relevant experience preferable in health programme. 2.Must have working Knowledge and experience in Computer Application Desirable: 1.Typing speed 40WPM minimum Stenography speed 80 WPM 2.Knowledge of filing, Indexing, drafting and document management 
20. X-Ray Technician – X-Ray technician (2 Years course) should have undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu
21. Lab Technician – Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Diploma in Lab Technician (2 year Course) in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu
22. Programme – Administrative Assistant – Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office Package with One Year experience of Managing office and providing support of Health Programme / National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) 2. Knowledge of Accountancy and having drafting skills are required
23. Operation Theatre Assistant – Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (2 Years Course) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director ofMedical Education, Tamil Nadu
24.  Assistant Data Entry Operator – Any Degree with Computer Knowledge 
25. Office Assistant – 10th Std
