📘 Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Manager [Commercial & Purchase]: Should have passed Madhyamik (class X std or equivalent) as on closing date of the online application and possess minimum 50% marks as per criteria of the concerned Board (as per the original Marksheet) and with minimum 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science.
- Assistant Manager [SCM]: Should have passed relevant trade test from any institute recognized by the NCVT or SCVT or any other authority specified through Gazette notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment with duration as per the Trade Apprentices Act 1961 with possession of minimum 50% marks in the ITI examination. The relevant trade to be considered will be strictly on the basis of Schedule I of Apprentice Act 1961, amendments thereof, and the available vacancies in the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories. 2. In addition, candidate must have passed Madhyamik / Class X std or equivalent (Minimum 50% marks in Matriculate / Class X std).

| Apprentice | Minimum age for an apprentice is 14 years and 18 years for designated trades related to hazardous industries, as per section 3(a) of the Apprentice Act, 1961, amendments thereof, and as per clause number 3 of the National Apprentice Promotion Scheme-2 (NAPS-2) issued by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship vide MSDE-5/01/2022-AP dated 25-08-2023, the upper age limit for all categories shall be 35 years. |
