Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) – 12 class pass from a recognized Board or University or Institute; and Must meet one of the following Diploma requirements: Qualified before 2008: Diploma of duration of three years in General Nursing and Midwifery from an institution recognized by the Central Nursing Council or State Nursing Council; or Qualified after 2008 but before 2015-16: Diploma of duration of three and half years in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from an institution accredited by the Central Nursing Council or State Nursing Council; or Qualified after 2015-16: Diploma of duration of three years in General Nursing and Midwifery with internship from an institution recognized by the Central Nursing Council or State Nursing Council; and Registered with Central Nursing Council / State Nursing Council as a General Nurse and Mid-wife
Sub Inspector (Pioneer) – Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized University or institute.
Sub Inspector (Communication) – Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering or Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized University or institutes.
