Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for CIL:
- Management Trainee Civil – Degree in the relevant branch of Engg. With a minimum of 60% marks
- Management Trainee Electrical – Degree in the relevant branch of Engg. With a minimum of 60% marks
- Management Trainee Mechanical – Degree in the relevant branch of Engg. With a minimum of 60% marks
- Management Trainee System – Recognized 1st Class Degree in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / I.T or any 1st Class Degree with MCA
- Management Trainee E&T – BE/B.tech/B.Sc (Engg) in relevant branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee Geology – M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Geology or Applied Geology or Geophysics or Applied Geophysics with minimum 60% marks
- Management Trainee Industrial Engineering – Degree in the relevant branch of Engg. With a minimum of 60% marks
- Management Trainee Rajbhasha (Hindi) – MA in Hindi with minimum 60% marks, and Graduation with Hindi and English as main subjects with 50% marks”
- Management Trainee Company Secretary – Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute having acquired Company Secretary qualification with Associate/ Fellow membership of ICSI. Preference would be given to those candidates who have worked in a listed Company
