Educational Qualification for District Health Soceity:

• Health Inspector – 1.12th with Biology/Botanycand Zoology. 2.Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in 10th level. 3.Must possess two years for MultiPurpose Health Worker(Male) / Health Inspector (Male) / Sanitary Inspector Course training / offered by recognized private institution / Trust / Universities/ including Gandhigram Rural Institute training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine
• Mid-Level Health Provider – GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing)
• Staff Nurse (UHWC) – GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing)
• UHN (ANM) – ANM qualification from Government or Government approved private Auxiliary Nurse Midwife School which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council namely: 1. For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multipurpose Health workers (Female) qualification prior to 15.11.2012 – SSLC with 18 months Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health workers (Female) course. 2. For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) qualification after 15.11.2012 – +2 with 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course. 3. Having a certificate of registration issued by the TNNMC (Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council).
• Psychiatric Social Worker – M.A Social Work (Medical and Psychiatry) / Master of Social Work (Medical and Psychiatry) with Six-month training at identified institution.
• Block Account Assistant – BCom, With Tally
• Data Entry Operator – Computer Graduate or any Graduate with Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University
• Assistant – Data Entry Operator – Any Degree with Computer Knowledge
• Office Assistant – 10th Std
• MMU Cleaner – 8th Pass
• Multi-Purpose Hospital Worker – 8th Pass
