Indian Overseas Bank Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Indian Overseas Bank:

• Security Guard -The candidate must be Ex-servicemen/Ex-Agniveer) from Army / Navy / Air force. A pass in 10th standard or its equivalent examination but the candidate should not have passed Graduation examination or its equivalent. The candidate should be able to speak, read and write in Tamil language.

Indian Overseas Bank Age Limit:

• Security Guard – 18 – 26 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

• General Candidate – 26 Years + Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 Years (Subject to a maximum age limit of 45 Years).
• SC/ST Candidate – 31 Years + Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 Years (Subject to a maximum age limit of 45 Years).
• OBC Candidate – 29 Years + Actual period of service rendered in the defence forces + 3 Years (Subject to a maximum age limit of 45 Years).
• Agniveer Candidate – 21 Years + Actual Period of service as Agniveer + 3 Years
