| Draughtsman | 12th Pass with Science and a 2-year Certificate in Draughtsmanship or Architecture, or an equivalent qualification with 1 year of practical experience. |
| Supervisor (Administration) | Any Degree with NCC ‘B’ Certificate or Ex-Naib Subedar (GD) or equivalent from Armed Forces. |
| Turner | Turner Certificate from ITC/ITI/NCTVT or Defence Trade Certificate with 1 year experience. Alternatively, candidates who have passed the Class II Course for Turner from Defence establishments are eligible. |
| Machinist | Matriculation with a Machinist Certificate from ITI or equivalent. Alternatively, Defence Trade Certificate holders or candidates with Class II Machinist Course from Defence establishments are eligible. |
| Driver Mechanical Transport (OG) | Matriculation with a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License or Class III Defence qualification for drivers. |
