Indian Air force AFCAT 1/2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
AFCAT Entry (Flying) – Must have passed 12th grade with Mathematics and Physics with 50 percent marks. Must have completed any undergraduate degree with 60 percent marks or BE/B Tech or equivalent. Applicants who are members of the Institution of Engineers (India) / Indian Aeronautical Society and have passed the A & B examinations can apply.
AFCAT Entry Ground Duty (Technical) – Must have completed an engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Computer Science, Communication, Electronics, or Technology.
AFCAT Entry Ground Duty (Non-Technical) – Anyone who has completed a degree, engineering, B.Com, CA/CMA/CS/CFA, or a postgraduate degree can apply.
The women and men applying must be unmarried and physically fit for the air force.
