Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Krishi Vigyan Kendra:
- Senior Scientist – Doctoral degree in relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with 8 years’ experience in the relevant subject as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) – Master’s Degree in the Horticulture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science Dept) – master’s degree in veterinary science or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
- Programme Assistant (Lab Technician) – bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University
TN OSC Age Limit:
- Senior Scientist – Maximum 47 Years
- Subject Matter Specialist (Horticulture) – Maximum 35 Years
- Subject Matter Specialist (Animal Science Dept) – Maximum 30 Years
- Programme Assistant (Lab Technician) – Maximum 30 Years
