- Assistant Director (Laboratory): Master’s degree in Physics or Chemistry (Ph.D. and research experience in textile testing preferred).
- Assistant Director (EP&QA): Bachelor’s degree in Textile Manufacture/Technology with 5 years of relevant experience (Postgraduate degree preferred).
