- Certifications: OCA/OCP or CCNA/CCNP preferred.
Technical Executive (Chief Manager / Scale IV)
- Degree: B.E / B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA
- Experience: 12 years in software development, with leadership roles in the banking/fintech sector.
Software Developer (Manager Cadre)
- Degree: B.E / B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) or MCA
- Experience: 8 years in software development, with 3 years of team leadership.
Data Scientist (Manager Cadre)
- Degree: Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in financial institutions. Proficiency in Python, R, and Power BI.
Statistician (Manager Cadre)
- Degree: Master’s/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years of statistical modeling in financial institutions.
Software Developer (Assistant Manager Cadre)
