📘 Eligibility Criteria
Examiner of Trade Marks & Geographical Indications: (A) EDUCATIONAL: Degree in law of a recognized University. (B) EXPERIENCE: Two years’ experience in handling Court cases and other legal matters or in handling matters of Trade marks and Geographical Indications, DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION: Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property of a recognized University.
Deputy Director (Examination Reforms): ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: (A) EDUCATIONAL: Ph.D in any discipline in Humanities or Science or Commerce or Engineering/Technology or in a professional course such as Law or Management or Finance or Accounts from a recognized University or Institute. (B) EXPERIENCE: Five years post qualification experience in teaching at degree level / research / preparation of teaching learning material / curriculum development / educational testing / examination reforms / development & administration of online examinations. DESIRABLE: Qualification: One year Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute. Experience: Two years’ experience in software applications
