- JTO – Junior Telecom Officer – Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Central Govt./State Govt. accredited Institution/University in any of the following Streams/disciplines (Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology (IT), Instrumentation OR M.Sc. (Electronics) / M.Sc. (Computer Science)
