IMH Kilpauk Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Institute of Mental Health Kilpauk Chennai:

• Clinical Psychologist – Qualification: UG, PG in Psychology. M.Phil. Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized University and RCI Registered.
• Counsellor / General Psychologist – Qualification: 1. UG, PG in Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology/Clinical Psychology/ Health Psychology / Child Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Applied Psychology. UGC recognized. 2. Preferably PG thesis in Technology Addiction.
• Psychiatry Social Worker – Qualification: Master’s in medical & Psychiatric Social Work. PG thesis in Family Studies.
• Statistician – Qualification: PG in Statistics / Biostatistics from a recognized University or Institution. Proficiency in statistical analysis and software such as SPSS, R, STATA or equivalent; interpretation of research data and MS Office applications. Preferable project in Social / Behavioural / Biological Sciences.
• Accountant – Data Entry Operator – Qualification: B.Com, Tally, Data Entry Skills, Photoshop.
• Psychiatry Support Worker – Qualification: +2 Pass and Certificate Course in Psychiatry Supportive Worker.
• Office Assistant – Qualification: VIII Passed, should be literate.
