Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Indian Army:
- CSBO (Civilian Switch Board Operator) Grade II – Essential: Matric or equivalent from recognized Board. Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board. (MINIMUM DURATION OF EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE 06 MONTHS). Desirable. Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
