Namakkal DHS Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Tamil Nadu District Health Society:

• Radiographer – Educational Qualification: Must have passed Two years Diploma course in Radio Diagnoses Technology conducted by the Board of Paramedical Education under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Government of Tamil Nadu at a Government Medical Institution or from any other institution recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu for this purpose. OR A Degree in B.Sc. (Radiography and Imaging Technology) B.Sc. (Radio Diagnosis Technology) B.Sc. (Radiology and Imaging Technology) from any university recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
• Physiotherapist – Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university.
• ICTC – Lab Technicians – Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or BMLS. OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or DMLS with a course duration of at least 2 years, recognized by the State Government/Central Government. Essential Experience: Two years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory for candidates with B.Sc./Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (course duration of 2 years). One year of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory for candidates having M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology. Candidates with experience of working in accredited laboratories or laboratories that have applied for accreditation will be preferred. Desirable Qualification: M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MMLS).
• Occupational Therapist – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in occupational therapy from a recognized university.
• Audiologist – Speech Therapist – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from any recognized university in India.
• Therapeutic Assistant (Female) – Musculoskeletal Scheme – Educational Qualification: Diploma in Nursing Therapy
• Therapeutic Assistant (Female) – Educational Qualification: Diploma in Nursing Therapy
• Nursing Therapist / Therapeutic Assistant – Educational Qualification: Diploma in Nursing Therapy (D.N.T.) – AYUSH
