Salem DHS Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for District Health Society:

• Medical Officer – MBBS
• Psychiatric Social Worker (De Addiction Centre) – M.A Social Work (Medical and Psychiatry) / Master of Social Work (Medical and Psychiatry) 6 months training at Identified Institutions
• Staff Nurse (MLHP) – Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM) or B.Sc., Nursing from the Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing council.
• Health Inspector – Must have passed +2 with Biology or Botany and Zoology. Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in 10th/S.S.L.C. Level. Must possess two years for Multipurpose Health Worker(Male) / Health Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector Course Training
• ANM – 2 Years ANM Course in accredited Institution
• Data Entry Operator (DEO) – Any degree with 1 Year PG Diploma Computer application Type Writing in English & Tamil (Lower)
• Hospital Worker/Support staff – Should have studied minimum 8th standard, Must be able to read.
