Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1.Court Master (Shorthand) (Group-A Gazetted):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at a speed of 120 words per minute.
• Computer proficiency with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of regular service in the cadre of Senior Personal Assistant/Personal Assistant/Private Secretary/Senior Stenographer in Government/Public Sector/Statutory Bodies.

2.Senior Personal Assistant (Group-B, Non-Gazetted):

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at a speed of 110 words per minute.
• Computer proficiency with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.

3.Personal Assistant (Group-B, Non-Gazetted):

• Degree from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Shorthand (English) at a speed of 100 words per minute.
• Computer proficiency with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Age Limit (As of December 31, 2024):

• Court Master (Shorthand): 30 to 45 years
• Senior Personal Assistant (PA): 18 to 30 years
• Personal Assistant (PA): 18 to 30 years

Selection Process:

1. Typing Speed Test on Computer and Shorthand (English) Test.
2. Written Test.
