Community Bank Coordinator – Must have passed the 12th standard (HSC). • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the specified field/organization. • The person selected for the full-time temporary position must not be a full-time employee of the parent organization or a full-time employee of any private institution. • It is mandatory that the selected member belongs to the respective Panchayat (or Panchayats) of the work area. • Must belong to the targeted group of people identified through the baseline survey. (If there are no applicants from the targeted group with the required qualifications, other applicants may be considered). • If there are no qualified members available within the residential areas of the center, a member can be selected from an adjacent area with the approval of the District Collector’s committee. • Must possess good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English, along with basic mathematical knowledge. • No other member from the same household/family should be an active member of this project. • In centers where candidates who have passed the 12th standard are unavailable, candidates who have passed the 10th standard may be considered qualified with special approval from the District Collector’s committee. • Must possess good communication skills. • It is necessary to have a willingness to travel to villages, conduct field surveys, and complete loan application work. • Preference will be given to candidates who possess computer skills, know how to ride a two-wheeler, and hold a valid two-wheeler driving license. • It is mandatory to own an Android mobile phone. • Candidates must possess the skills to operate the device, send text messages (SMS), send messages via WhatsApp, and operate mobile applications.
